Yesterday I dined in, and when I ordered cheese sticks, the lady with glasses gave me mozzarella sticks, I went and told her that I ordered cheese sticks and she started telling me that I asked for mozzarella sticks and I said no that I wanted cheese sticks and showed her the picture and said that it’s called cheesy bread (THIS IS PIZZA HUT, NOT DOMINOS!!!!) and I told no that is called cheese sticks on their website and then she made them for me, and then when my dad went to pay, she told him that she didn’t charge the mozzarella sticks but that I was so mad at her and that I said that I wanted mozzarella sticks. NO!!!! I’VE GONE HERE FOR 10 YEARS AND WHEN I ORDER CHEESE STICKS, I GET CHEESE STICKS NOT MOZZARELLA STICKS!!!!!

We reserved the entire dining area for our group of 60. They were friendly and accommodating thru the planning of this excursion. All our pizzas were ready to go right when we got there. They brought us everything we needed and kept up on refilling our 10 pitchers of soda. All us chaperones were amazed w the service and comfort of dining in w our large group. Thank you Carlos for all your great assistance!!

Came in to pick up an order. Had to wait a few min to get done but the customer service was good. They were attentive and friendly. Food was great. Fresh and hot ;)
This used to be our "go to" place for pizza. Last time we went, there was a huge mess of spilled gravy by the front door. Mentioned it to the employee by the cash register... he couldn't have cared less. When he took us to a table it was filthy including the chairs... we suggested another table. Started looking around and the place was filthy... dirty floors, tables, chairs, etc... we got up to leave without ordering and mentioned the restaurant wasn't very clean. Pretty much got a flippant comment plus attitude. Oh yeah, the restaurant had only been open about a half hour. Were not coming back..

pizza hut usually is my favorite place but the last few times theyve messed up my pizza.. i cant have red sauce so i specifically order the pizza with the garlic sauce but every time they do red sauce....

Ordered take out pizza last week of regular crust and sausage and pepperoni. This was was just terrible. I didn't realize they don't put cheese on pizza anymore? Was so dry and tasteless, reminded me of those old chef boyardee pizzas from the 70's. We have used pizza hut many times but after this episode I can't go back there. Take out is supposed to be a treat. My dog wouldn't eat this cardboard.

The only complaint I have is that they added peperoni when we asked for it to be removed due to my husband's acid reflux.

Well, this time my pizza was so thin and my pizza was cold and stiff! And the breadsticks were crusty like they had been sitting there for two hours. I didn’t bother calling back to complain as I had already had a long day at the hospital with my son. I just threw it away.
