When our family members on the east and west side of the mountains could not get together for Christmas we planned a private party at Play Cafe for January. It couldn’t have been better! Matt, Alexis and the team made our afternoon perfect. Communication was outstanding as was hosting the day of our party. The three toddler cousins played and adults were able to chat and catch up. Thank you for a great time! We will return for a summer birthday party.

I just want to give a HUGE thanks to Matt for setting up our daughter’s first birthday! It was set up exactly as we envisioned. The staff were so kind and helpful with everything. This allowed us to enjoy and celebrate our daughter as we wished! We love coming here! Thank you for making it about the children.

This was my first experience here. It was very nice. I loved the having the whole place for your party. 2hrs was the perfect amount of time for our size party. I wish there was more food included in the package. But the plus side that we were able to bring in more food. The staff were great, the coffee drinks and energy drinks were good too. Definitely going to take my Grandkids here again.

We had my son’s 1st birthday party here and overall it was a good experience. However, I was slightly upset that I wasn’t able to take the decor home that I paid for them to get. I paid $80 and wasn’t able to take the banner home, and I had to pay an extra $10 to take a little bear stuffed animal home! I love to have keepsakes from my kids’ birthdays so I wish I would have known this before hand so I could have just done my own decor. Sometimes it seems like they will find any little thing to charge you extra money for. We also ran out of plates halfway through and I had to find someone and ask for more, I wish they were a little more attentive and replaced things as needed. But I will say that the staff there is very nice and we always enjoy our drop in play visits!

Love the idea of this place… more cities and neighborhoods need something like it! It’s absolutely perfect for toddlers and such a fun concept. However, I wish I was exaggerating when I say it took 40 minutes to get my drink after ordering. Hopefully they can work on improving service speed because the space itself is wonderful.

But seriously 10/10 recommend the full VIP package. So worth it for letting them take over the decor and everything! Such a literal BREEZE!! and I get so anxious party planning so I’m so grateful. So much fun and so stinkin’ CUTE! We love it! Seriously the best thing Yakima has to offer for kids!!

We love coming here. It is a great space for our 2 year old to play with other kids while we have a coffee. The only suggestion is that we wish they would get new toys in occasionally. We have been coming for almost a year now (about 2x a month) and it seems to be the same toys. I think it would really keep people coming in and kids more interested if they would rotate new toys every now and then.

A fun -filled play area followed by a themed party with as much or as little as you desire. The kids LOVE it and the older than 6’s have options as well. Highly recommended!!

We had a wonderful time at the Play/Cafe for the Blue Dog event. The kids loved it! The blue dog was fun and patient with all the littles running around. The games were fun and were on point with the theme. I am glad we were able to go.
