Not rating the atmosphere as this was an Uber Eats order. Took a chance on the Lemon pepper rub boneless wings. What was delivered was Bone in Lemon Pepper rub with a side of wings.

When I tell you they must of used an entire container of lemon pepper rub on these wings. I got 12 total, I was able to get through maybe 4 of them. The rub simply overpowers anything else about the chicken. What a complete waste. Called to let them know what happened and they offered to replace the wings, but I am disabled and don't leave the house. Keep the wings. I'll just eat the loss and never order again.

If you do order anything you can't go wrong with the chicken sandwich. That is one thing they do well.

The Chicken is great, especially with the signature sauce omg.. but the chicken is also.. Way Too Crunchy! And thats the only thing keeping it from a 5 star rating for me... However their mashed potatoes with cajun gravy is always amazing. My fiance and son loved the macaroni and cheese.

Took my order, Sat for over 20 minutes in the lobby, so I asked for a refund and left. What kind of business doesn't apologize for slow service or even offer any kind of compensation? This isn't a steakhouse, it's supposed to be moderately fast food - and it wasn't anything close to that!!

I did an online order for 5 pieces of spicy chicken, 2 sides of Mac and cheese, and biscuits. When I arrived they told me they didn't have any spicy chicken or mac n cheese which I had paid extra for, and they were extremely unapologetic about it. Either I took what they did have or I could call customer service number the next day to ask for a refund. When I pulled up to the window the manager Jizella was snickering with the drive through employee and giving me the side eye, very unprofessional. Then I get home with the substitutes I didn't even like to find that they didn't even give me the biscuits either.

Love that chicken from Popeyes!

Got every side wrong in my order and didn’t give me any ranch for any of my orders

I bought 10 pieces of tenders and a regular fries. Waited 40 min in parking lot, dude ending up giving my meal to another car and I got the other cars meal 😫😫😫. The other car only had fries, and my chicken was $15 bucks. Got back home just to find out, now we have to go back and get it right. Very cringe and unbased.

Everything is great, but the Cole slaw needs work at this store. Kept in a different temperature maybe?
