On a night with all the Christmas parade trucks you would think the owner would have staffed it better. The gentleman behind the counter was very polite but they should wear ball caps (food safety??) he made a good sandwich.

I’m glad it’s still around. It’s the best chain sub sandwich in the west valley area. Bruchis right across the street is tempting but their deli sandwiches aren’t as good. I’ve never got a bad sub from this Quiznos.

The cashier cheated on my bill. I noticed that the total amount on the screen was lower than what he told me to pay. I didn’t say anything at the time because I didn’t mind giving a tip—but what bothered me was he and another employee started laughing after seeing the other portion of my receipt.and they took that portion even didn’t give to me. And they didn’t know I had caught on. That felt dishonest and disrespectful.$10 tip by the way..

Machinery is loud, cashiers are quiet and slow. The sandwiches are grossly over priced for what you get and if youre on a 30 minute lunch more than half of that will be waiting for the stonerellas to find some hustle

Our sandwiches were delicious! The customer service was outstanding, and the lady working there was very friendly as well as informative. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming with good music playing which is always a plus. The only problem we encountered was we tried the tots for the first time and they were soggy, but as soon as we told the employee there she whisked them away and promptly gave us chips and cookies or replacement. We will definitely be returning.
My wife decided to get some food on the way home, and when she mentioned Quiznos I thought “we haven’t had that in a long time, let’s try it.” Upon bringing the the food home, 3/4 sandwiches weren’t made correctly. It tastes like I took turkey from a Carl Budding package and put it in the microwave. We had to get the mayo, mustard, ranch and other ingredients out at home to fix them. Now I understand why we only have one left in town. Will not be back.

The customer service was awful. We went in to try the lobster seafood sub, he never asked us if we wanted clasic or lemon herb, never asked if wanted any veggies, and the whole time had a bit of an additude I even let him this was our first time coming in. Was just not friendly at all. Then he had long hair no hair net and he looked well not very presentable. We get home and our sandwich was very poorly put together it all fell apart just not very good at all.. sad to say this was our first and it will probably be our last at this store.

For the second time I have ordered and paid online just to show up to a closed restaurant. First time I asked them what happened and they denied closing early. This time I attempted to get a hold of corporate in hopes of at least getting a refund for the sandwich I never got and I can't even get them to answer an email. I love the sandwiches but I'm done, I'll never order here again, 2 orders with no food or refund is too much
