We visited this place for the first time during a trip to Oregon. The shaved ice and esquites were very delicious. I ordered vanilla with guava and OMG it took me back to my childhood! It had been years since I had tasted such an authentic and delicious shave ice. The place is very clean and the employees are very friendly. I will definitely have to return on my next trip.

Great food. Good service just outdated service. You can’t order online or by phone, and they are a little unorganized yelling orders and repeating to the person at register over and over for him to input. Be prepared to wait.

I get out of work later. They say they stay open till seven but they don’t. Twice I’ve shown up 25 minutes before closing and the place is shut down. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
