Heidi was the best server I've had in a very long time. She was awesome I came in with my girl and her two friends and she did everything to make sure that we had everything we needed at all times and continue to check on it. The food was great but the service was outstanding. It was amazingly refreshing to have somebody with such a great smile and such a great attitude just to serve they customers.

This was our first time dining at this restaurant, and our waitress Lillian made the experience truly exceptional. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire meal. She checked on us often without being overwhelming, and she offered thoughtful suggestions from the menu that ended up being amazing choices, her positive attitude and genuine care made us feel very welcome, and it really stood out. My wife had lobster and crab. I had the fish and chips. The food was very good. Alex was very attentive and personable, checking up on us. Her service was top notch. This was my wife’s 60 birthday and she wanted seafood. Thank you Red Lobster and Alex for your assistance in putting a smile on her face. It was ear to ear as she ate her seafood. 😁😁

Shrimp Linguine .. food was awful salty, and it had an after taste really bad. I end up calling RedLobter Restaurant in Yakima Washington.and let them know to check on the food I was not expecting getting my money back or anything. I just wanted it for them to make sure the food is good and is the taste is good but it was awful bad. The food went to the garbage and I stay with no dinner. 3:15 PM, Thursday, 10/30/2025 The manager never stated about getting me a different meal or anything. She just said sorry and thank you.
