Absolutely enjoyed the brussel sprouts. I have never been and was invited for a friend's birthday. I had the pineapple burger it was good, the fries weren't very good, had just small bits of steak fries a little dry. Service was fantastic

Not great. Pretty much knew right away by how nobody wanted to co.e greet us or even seat us. I definitely think we dodged a bullet by just leaving.

I was brought the wrong order. But the smarter fixed my ticket.

The Red Robin keeps getting worse every yr. I miss the old Red Robin when the food actually tasted good. Keep cutting costs your going to cut customers.

I've always loved Red Robin, and the kids always love going; but I feel like it's been progressively becoming less and less of a quality experience. Just last night we faced supply issues, chunks of lettuce hearts in a salad, the coleslaw had a really odd flavor in comparison to how it's normally served there, and the fries (which have been my favorite for near 20 years now) were over done. Our server was polite, and the speed of service was great as usual; and maybe it was just an off night, but my last experience here just wasn't what it used to be. The burgers still slap tho, and the freckled lemonade is on point. Hopefully the quality of the rest comes back up!

First off no service 😒 we had to ask for refills n if we could get dessert also when we did ask for anything it was a problem

Since RR has swapped some burgers to softer buns, this tends to yield a much slimier, soggier product. I don't know who in back-of-house needs to hear this, but pickles shouldn't go on the bottom of a burger. The pickles are also cheap and stringy. Negative rizz.
