I've always loved Red Robin, and the kids always love going; but I feel like it's been progressively becoming less and less of a quality experience. Just last night we faced supply issues, chunks of lettuce hearts in a salad, the coleslaw had a really odd flavor in comparison to how it's normally served there, and the fries (which have been my favorite for near 20 years now) were over done. Our server was polite, and the speed of service was great as usual; and...

Our server was very curious. After ordering he offered fries while we waited. He was genuinely friendly when he checked on us and asked about our night in general. The manager asked if we needed boxes and welcomed up back again. We are very pleased with the service tonight

Wish they would have more than 1 server per section to help all the tables. Got a soup here a few months ago and they recently changed the style of their menu and removed all soups. Wished for more options then a hamburger or a wrap.
