Best experience I've had at Round Table I've had in a long time. We're in town for Christmas and grabbed the lunch special on our way out of town. The food is fantastic, the store is clean, and the staff is friendly. *I* dropped *my* ranch and *she* said, "Sorry about that! Let me grab you a new one!" She had no reason to be sorry, but I know as a former RT manager that she's following her supervisor training to a T. Hitting every single letter in LAST (iykyk). Just a very experience at a very good Round Table!

Just placed an order over the phone and you all need to fire that person you have answering the phone and placing orders for us who are calling them in for pick up. Very rude and has no customer service skills AT ALL.

I stopped in for a pick up after attending a high school sporting event in Yakima. I was pleasantly surprised with the good attitudes and efficiency of the crew working at the time. I feel like everyone in food service acts like they hate their lives these days, and that wasn't the case here. Also the wait time was much more efficient than my local Round Table.

Mundane pizza and pricy. Ordered a personal pizza and the crust was over cooked. Not much for toppings. Please quit calling chicken nuggets boneless wings. It is embarrassing.
I'm visiting from out of town and really wanted pizza. This place is amazing...service is friendly and very fast, and the pizza was sooo good! The crust is perfect, so many toppings, lots of cheese, and I got the garlic white sauce which is very tasty. Jalapeno poppers were very good as well!

We went in and it smelled so good. Then someone behind the counter told us to choose a seat and no one waited on us. We went to the counter to see if that's where we were supposed to order. Still no one waited on us. The people behind the counter acted like they didn't even see us. I don't think I'm a ghost. I mean I know I'm pale but really? These employees seemed to be in their own world. I was HANGRY by the time we left here. The staff didn't even seem to care that we were angrily walking out the door. Was really craving pizza. New to town and thought I'd try them. Nope. On recommendation from someone else I drove to Selah and went to Magics Pizza Shack instead. Wait staff there was excellent. Salad bar was fresh. Pizza was good. Service at Magics was off the chain. Service at Round Table was non-existent. My husband and I go out to eat EVERY Friday after work. I don't even know if the food here is good but I can tell you this we will not be back. Service is KEY people service is KEY!!!
