“I had such a great experience at The Habit Burger Grill today! Even though I went through the drive-through around 4:30 PM on 10/22, the customer service truly stood out. I had a question about beverage refills, and one of the staff members kindly said she would check with her manager. The manager on shift was absolutely amazinghe took the time to assist me personally and explained everything clearly and politely.
What really impressed me was how he communicated with his team. You could tell he treats his staff with respect and friendliness, not just as a boss but as a true leader. That kind of attitude makes all the difference and shows what great leadership looks like.
The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was top-notch. I’m honestly a little upset I didn’t catch the manager’s name because he deserves recognition for his professionalism and kindness. Thank you for such a wonderful experience—The Habit Burger Grill definitely earned this five-star review! Highly recommend!“

“We got kinda scared when we walked in due to a couple leaving and complaining about the service. We got seated right away. Our servers name was James. He was very pleasant and onto of our needs. Even before we knew we needed. The food was absolutely scrumptious. Will definitely travel from The Dalles Or. again to eat here. Thank you James for making our visit a pleasant one.“

“I made a reservation for Valentine’s day and it was VERY busy. I got seated 10mins after my reservation and didn’t know what to expect. The server was very polite considering the influx of people. The food was EXCELLENT. I had the fettuccine noodles with chicken. Mad respect to the KITCHEN they really make the food to a high standard. Will be back!“

“Our sandwiches were delicious! The customer service was outstanding, and the lady working there was very friendly as well as informative. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming with good music playing which is always a plus. The only problem we encountered was we tried the tots for the first time and they were soggy, but as soon as we told the employee there she whisked them away and promptly gave us chips and cookies or replacement. We will definitely be returning.“
