Bad. Menu too busy to make selection, so asked for two hamburgers with lettuce, tomatoe, pickles, onions, no ketsup, no mustard, asked for side of mayo, was told no packets available, so asked for very light mayo. Repeated no ketsup. The two burgers had ketsup. Restaurant has no customer entry so had to go to employee entrance to avoid drive thru to ask for replacement burgers, no ketsup. Lettuce is shreded, which we would not have asked for if we had known in advance, burgers were not even McDonalds comparable which we never patronize. Styerfoam which is a pollutant. Will never return. We'll stick to Carl's Jr or Arctic Circle! LESS THAN ONE STAR!!!!
Went to sonic tonight and ordered multiple slushees. The worst slushees I’ve ever had. Not one tasted some what okay. $25 on slushees and not one is drinkable such a disappointment.
The people were nice but my food was super disappointing. This is supposed to be a pretzel twist.
My order wasn't correct and the fries were cold and overcooked. I should have checked before leaving and that's on me. However it wasn't a complicated order and the fries, well they shouldn't have been served. The staff was friendly at the time order was taken, so that's something. I've been to other Sonics in other states and they were always good. This on here, not even close..... Save your money and dine elsewhere!
Dante was such a welcoming and flexible server! The blasts were HUGE, and so was the burger. Wonderful taste! ?
Good, reliable food. Past few months, feels like they’re about to be disenfranchised and call themselves Tails or something. Almost all cups, food packaging, bags, etc no longer has Sonic branding. Just odd.
Pushed the red button. Waited a few minutes only to be told to go through the drive thru. Oh well, even though the carhop is supposed to be part of the experience, we really went for the shakes, so we waited in the drive thru only to be told their shake machine is broken. Pretty bad customer service when you can't even be bothered to post a sign. This isn't the first time this has happened either. But nobody at Sonic cares. Instead of addressing the problems, they will just respond to this review by offering to let me escalate the situation to some obscure website. No thanks, we'll just take our business somewhere else.
The chicken strips were old, the burger was smashed, the tater tots with chili and cheese were gross, and the carhop forgot part of our order! The wait was short but the food was terrible. THE ONLY GOOD THING IS THE HALF PRICE DRINKS AND SHAKES during happy hour.
In this region Sonic drive-in seems to be struggling lately. I have visited a number of locations and everytime time find a large number of order screens not working and locations not connected to the mobile app. Last night the Kennewick location wouldn't even take orders from the outdoor screens. No notices outside at all. We pull into a space with working screens and press the button, only to be informed that they would only take.orders in drive through lane. Quality has been slipping over the past year or two as well. Sad to say that I will probably not be visiting Sonic again. You can only disappoint a customer so many times before they give up on you.
I mainly go there for the shakes even tho I would like for them to be a lil thicker even when I ask they still make them on the not so thick side but hey that's just my personal opinion dont let that defer u from goin there they have amazing shakes non the less and pretty good food I gave em a 4 * due to some of the customer service hasn't been 5 * quality probably due to the fact they have alot of younger generation people that look like they dont even like their job their just there for the money if that idk and yet again that's just my own opinion lol

The tots were undercooked. My chicken sandwich was small and uninspiring. The dessert was decent, however we had to remind them that we still needed it. They gave us our food and our drinks, and tried to send us on our way, so we had to remind them of our shake and ice cream. For the price you pay at Sonic, I don't think it's unreasonable to assume that the food is going to be something special. But it never is. I try Sonic about twice a year, hoping that I just hit them at a bad time, but apparently they are just consistently poor. Based upon this experience, I'm not even going to try anymore.
I went to this location yesterday around 1:30 with my fiance and we were super hungry after being at the cancer center for 3 hours. We were so disappointed with the food. I ordered the chicken sandwich with fries and the chicken was super dry and shriveled up like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The sandwich was mostly bread and the worst part that I removed from the sandwich to be able to eat it was the brown wilted iceberg lettuce they put in the sandwich. My fries were dry and hard. My fiance ordered a cheeseburger and tater tots and his order wasn't any better. We really hope this changes and the food is made fresh like it's supposed to be. We didn't bother complaining yesterday, but if this continues it can make people sick.
We were in Yakima on a business trip with the family. We stopped by Sonic for our first time to grab our little one a quick bite to eat. We purchased her a grilled cheese sandwich. My husband ordered a quarter pounder burger and a chicken slider.We were back in town and went to sonic for our second time a few weeks later. Ordered the same thing- grilled cheese, chicken slider, and quarter pounder. Oh and a pretzel with cheese.Bonus about the second visit. This time they actually grilled the grilled cheese. Instead of the first time when the only heated it. Possibly in a microwave. Unfortunately, they forgot my husband's cheese sauce. The quarter pounder and chicken slider were completely different. I think the first trip we received the wrong food. They had brought us the grilled cheese and a burger but said the chicken would take about 5 more minutes. My guess is they accidently gave us someone else's order or partial order.Expecting the same food the second visit we were a little shocked to get something completely different. Conclusion is they have ok food. It is fast food and you get what you pay for. We try to avoid fast food all together. Also we don't live in Yakima. We may or may not be back.
first they don't have everything on the menu. They said they didn't have fritos for a burrito. but yet I got. abirrito with fritos. then I ordered a double bacon cheesehamburger and I got a grilled chicken sandwich. So didn't get what I ordered plus I paid more for the burger. you call to tell the manager and phones are always busy.
The footlong hot dogs are not as advertised. They give you 2 individually packaged hotdogs in the footlong hotdog wrapper. The burgers are decent tho.
