The staff working is really nice but they can’t make the matchas right. I ordered an iced one first and it came out bitter but I assumed it was my fault for letting it sit a bit and thought it was the ice melting. Today I ordered a hot matcha and it was again, extremely bitter and all I could taste was unstitrred matcha powder. I opened the cup when I arrived to my location and the matcha was not blended, all of it was sitting on top of the milk in a pile. I took out the excess matcha and stirred in some additional sugar and it tasted better. The Starbucks in the lower valley haven’t had this problem so ig I’ll be ordering down there instead.

Baristas are always super nice and friendly, occasionally when going through the drive-thru, drinks get mixed up sometimes, but overall a super enjoyable and friendly experience!

I use the app and drive thru here all the time even tho I live closer to another Starbucks in my hood I'll go out of my way to go to THIS ONE. The service here is the best and the drive thru moves fast!
