I use the app and drive thru here all the time even tho I live closer to another Starbucks in my hood I'll go out of my way to go to THIS ONE. The service here is the best and the drive thru moves fast!

I come in almost everyday since I work at the UPS store next door, either to order during my breaks or simply just study on my phone. I’ve loved coming here since the staff is very friendly. Recently, I’ve been receiving some weird behavior when I come in to simply just pick up my order. It’s happened a few times in a week where multiple employees seem upset when I come in. I’m either laughed at or given an attitude just for a pink drink and a lunch sandwich… I came in earlier and 2 associates were looking at me and whispering to each other behind their paper work and laughed at my face. If you’re going to comment about your costumers you might as well hide that and not do it in front of them, or just talk about it when they leave the store. Just really disappointed that I had to experience that more than one time. What I really don’t get is that they were not bothered one bit to just laugh in my face, making eye contact with me. they’re grown women and act that way at work. Not trying to sound like a Karen but honestly, at their grown age is embarrassing…

First time ordering from this Starbucks and we went through the drive thru. Staff was friendly from ordering, payment, to pick up. They can do two separate tabs and they were patient with us as we scanned through 5 different gift cards ??They actually put light ice in my strawberry açaí refresher and were friendly in asking me and my friend what our plans were today. Quick, friendly, and accurate is how I’d describe this Starbucks location.

Amazing starbucks! Worth the drive across town. I've went here on holidays because it is close to family, amazing service everytime! They are also great with mistake, I've came here because the Nob Hill starbucks messed up my drink horrible and told me to go a different location. 72nd was able to help me so kindly and made sure I felt welcomed in their store. 10/10 would suggest this place to everyone I know loves starbucks. They also have had friendly staff the past years.
I don't go to Starbucks for Food sorry unless its the sausage, egg, or potato Wrap because they go fast I like to get mine extra Grilled crunchy is my thing? but soft in the middle, and their is nothing better then a Vente Ice Expresso, Ristretto ? and their Pumkin loafs are Awesome to ??

I wanted to leave a review because I just genuinely love the people and customer service here. ❤️ I’m not much of a Starbucks fan when it comes to lattes or americanos but the cold brew and eggs bites are totally my jam. Anyway, Dua is super chill - I love chatting with her! There’s another gal, a bit older, she’s sooo friendly as well and I enjoy seeing her. ??
