This location, initially after opening, was painfully slow. However, I came in today and they rocked. Two employees stood out to me: Holly and Shannon, however every employee seemed super friendly and on the ball. Was there a staff change? Whatever it was, these guys and gals are keepers!
Great place, my favorite Starbucks in Yakima! Service is what they do best, Chai is ok too... But this time my Chai was not as I ordered it, at least it didn't taste like it was. No problem this time, I am a forgiving soul. ?

Had breakfast everyday for my 4 day stay - Latte and a wrap - really good and service was great! The only thing unfortunately, it’s that there is quite a bit of homeless people in the area , hope they can get the help to rehab.
