Please teach this building workers how to make matcha. For some reason, every time I go there, I always go back there because i’m in denial thinking they can do better, but i’m over it and it’s still happening constantly. I get matcha and get HUGE amount of clumps of matcha powder in my drink. i always have to ask to remake it, it’s getting annoying. terrible place to get your starbucks drink if i’ll say any drink they make is badly made. and may i add they let homeless in which is really nasty when they’re sitting on the chairs and’s won’t kick them out. also one barista worker is really rude and has no manners. (didn’t get her name) overall WORST STARBUCKS IVE EVER BEEN AT.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The barista was super kind and helpful. There was a small mix-up with my order, but she went above and beyond to fix it—insisting I keep the extras, too. I really appreciated the staff's great attitude and service. (and me feeling a little sandwich guilt)!

I stood there a few minutes while the short girl directly in front of me ignored me making a drink. Finally someone else came over next to her and greeted me. I understand it may not be her job to take my order but if you’re directly in front of someone at least say hello and acknowledge the customer.

Very disappointed with the coffee here! We stopped by after leaving our hotel, looking for some good coffee. It was horrible! We asked for a peppermint mocha and a caramel macchiato at 120 degrees because we wanted to be able to drink it right away. It was so hot I had to wait 15 minutes before tasting it, and the coffee tasted awful. What a waste of $16. I will not stop at that location again.

I ordered my usual coffee drink but it tasted off, then noticed the label was cut off so the barista couldn’t accurately make the drink. The espresso tasted burnt. From the cashier being unfriendly, to the barista looking unhappy, but what really topped it off was the night manager being rude to me on the phone when I voiced my concerns. Oh, and just like other reviews, the person behind me in line (their fellow coworker) got their drink made before me!
