Customer service at the store is literally the best. They are so kind and nice. They actually care so much if you’re getting this and you ordered! Adrian and Maddie always go above and beyond Today and every day! I can’t speak enough about them! Thank you guys! And thanks for making my birthday special the other day also!

We have been getting our Starbucks fix here for a couple years now thru the drive thru. The coffee and service has always been consistently awesome. Today was the first time we came inside because we decided to get some food last minute after we had ordered our usual drinks. I have never been inside such a clean and inviting Starbucks lobby. It was early and only a few tables were occupied. I was blown away at the vibe the staff was giving and overall appearance was very inviting. This Sunday crew should serve as a model for other stores.

I recently went through the drive thru, ordered a baked apple croissant. They were out, I found out after our coffee came. I didn't want a different food item. They said they would do a return, they couldn't figure out how to do the return to my app, so they gave me a "next one on us" card. This card is worth $4. The apple croissant is like $4.50. Now yes I know it's only 50 cents but still why is it that they mess up and I lose 50 cents because they mess up. It needs to be the full refund amount every time, no matter how long it takes them to figure it out. If not it's just stealing.

They took my card twice and added a tip without my approval. Make sure they take the little device out and so you yourself can scan your card and add your tip yourself!

Guy messed up my drink. I didn't even bother to apologize for it just looked at me weird and moved on to something else. Someone else finished gave me the correct drink. Those working in serving jobs who can't own up to their mistakes and politely apologize for messing up and have no business working with the public. I'm glad I was just on a road trip only. No going back ?
