I hope this is seen by Charlie. I came to get my normal drink. I was the only one in line and there were two says. One of the baristas was doing paperwork right in front of me and the other one was back by the espresso machine. When the girl asked the other girl if she could bring me up, she said that she couldn’t because she was too busy cleaning. Send since she wasn’t listening and she was too busy cleaning I reminded her about what I specifically asked for in my drink and she rolled her eyes at me and said OK whatever. I know that this specific location has had a very hard time obtaining good employees but what I experienced today was incredibly below Starbucks standards, especially for an $11 drink. I only know this because I was a manager at Starbucks and I know what is expected of employee in that environment. No matter what you drop everything you’re doing to help the customer that’s standing in line. I would just like somebody to have a talk with these girls because the customer service there has just been going downhill and I rarely stop there unless I absolutely have to.

Always great service. And always great coffee. Never Tastes burnt. And it’s always done fast. Even when they are busy. And their sandwiches are always cool through. Unlike some others. The only down side is the homeless that like to hangout and ask for money or if you can buy them something. or taking up sitting when it’s busy. Bathroom is always clean as well. Best idea for this Starbucks was adding the code lock.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. The barista who was there he was rude, not just with me also with the 2 guys who where in front of me they didn’t order because of the way the barista was talking to them. I went today 12/04/23 @ 4:20 pm please if you don’t like your job don’t work as a customer service person. This is the last time I’m going to that Starbucks ?

The manager who is always there in the morning (male w glasses) always makes my drinks 10/10 and he is also very friendly. Also Barista w blue hair shes super sweet <3

Very personable people. I swore I would never go to Starbucks. Well, I been "turnt". Good drinks great baked goods. Yum.
Hot chocolate was a little too hot and burned a little but I got what I asked for. Everyone there was super friendly.
I like the decaf cookie crumble.
Next time just give the ladie a cup of ice.
This Starbucks is inside Safeway...the staff is ALWAYS nice & courteous. Highly recommend
