Location was easy to find. The customer service was pretty good. My drink was good, though drowning in ice. But when my friend ordered 2 of the things she first order was not available. They might need to check their inventory better and the lady was apologetic and sweet. Other than that everything was good!

This was probably the worse location I've ever seen. I wanted a cup of coffee with milk. Nothing special. They wanted to charge me $.70 extra for milk! Not extra milk, just milk! Never have I ever seen this in a Starbucks or any other coffee shop in the world even. The worker says she's been there 2 years so it's not even a training issue. How do they get reported to Corporate?

Was clean and baristas were very friendly and were very fast even though they were very busy, great service!
Vegetarian options: They were very friendly on helping me finding what to drink and eat
They have no sense of urgency so you can be waiting for 10 to 15 minutes before they finish your drink all the while the do random tasks. And the supervisor doesn't seem that prone to fixing this. The staff is very nice, but it would be nice if they didn't take that long when I am the only person in line.

WANTED TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR A HOT SANDWICH BUT THE WORKER TURNED OFF THE OVEN ALREADY AND IT WAS ONLY 6:20 PM. THE WEBSITE SAYS THAT THEY CLOSE AT 7:00 PM. Disappointing!

I asked for a trenta and they filled my drink with the amount of a venti and all they said was "sorry" in a mumbled voice and gave it to me.
