Very disappointed with our experience at this location today. We were completely ignored while waiting to order. In fact while we were waiting to be acknowledged, they instead helped someone else. The baristas moved like sloths and looked very unhappy. One of the baristas had her hand in her hair the entire time she was making our drink one handed. Neither of the baristas washed their hands a single time. Will not return to this location.

I always go to drive up, but today I wanted a cup, so I had to go inside. The initial staff that helped me she was nice. The rest of the staff nsm. I’m sorry I don’t know Starbucks inside etiquette, but I do know common courtesy, they do not!!!

I loved coming there for a chance to plug in my devices and escape the heat and relax. I would spend hours here. But I will probably never go there again. I fell asleep on accident and got woken up by a cop telling me that I needed to leave and I was trespassed for a year. For what? Sleeping? The workers could have woken me and asked me to leave if I was a problem. My boyfriend has fallen asleep there a lot and they never bothered him. It was just plain ridiculous and bad customer service. They lost my business forever.

Horrible service in all today by Ari. First if you do not have customer service skills or have no care for any type of Good customer service why are you working in customer services? I came in at 4:45pm on January 23, 2023. I asked for a simple Mango DRAGONFRUIT Lemonade. Not a plain lemonade. I paid like every other customer. When she gave me my drink I asked her what it was because it looked like a plain lemonade. No mango, no dragonfruit just plain white looking drink. Definitely not what I ordered and paid for. I asked her where the other ingredients were and she replied we don't have dragonfruit. Oh well what is a mango Dragonfruit lemonade without the dragonfruit and no mango. It was a lemonade. She got attitude and I just asked for my refund. Will not return to this starbucks location. Very disappointing.

Stopped here and wouldnt go back the dark haired girl was rude I simply asked a cpl times to make sure that I was getting a decaf drink because I have had my drinks that I ordered decaf come caffeinated before and I get very sick if I drink full caffeine drinks. She was very rude about me questioning that! That's a shame ☹️
