Went to this location today and can honestly say it is the worst Starbucks. I ordered online ahead and my two drinks took over 20 min to make though the app said ready is 3-7 min. I ordered both with extra cold foam and neither had it. Annoying to pay so much and have it not made in a timely fashion or correctly. Will not be going to this Starbucks again.

Came to get the double smoked bacon breakfast sandwich this morning. I ordered online. I wanted the double smoked bacon because I hate getting soft uncooked bacon. I was really looking forward to eating this. I would have gone back but I was on my way to work and didn’t have time. Yes I still ate it because I was starving but this is definitely not even close to what it should look like.

The priest does have a nice demeanor however I’ve been having an issue with their drinks as of late I live right around the corner of this Starbucks less then a block away and this was my final straw They made me a drink and it was all ice. I took a few drinks out of it, and it was all gone, before I got home $7 for a iced coffee shouldn’t be a few ounces of drink and filled to the brim with ice

This is the only stand-alone Starbucks that just never calculates my personal cup stars into the equation. I’ll not likely go back. Shame, because the location’s convenient.

Went in today for a coffee and a falafel pocket. Came back home with what I thought I had ordered. Nope! I got a jalapeno chicken pocket. Fine, I thought, mistakes happened. Trying calling in to get my reward points I used to redeem the food item but got hung up on. I tried calling again in case it was a mistake, and the phone didn't ring. Sounded like they unplugged it. Awful customer service. Thankfully, I always check food due to a milk allergy. Never again will I be purchasing anything from this Starbucks if this is the way they treat their customers.

Recently visited Starbucks, especially since it’s one of my most favorite places to get coffee and I was pretty happy with the service. My drink was made right and I had a great experience with a barista there, AENIAH is her name- she listened, repeating my order too in order to make sure she did her job right and was pleasant. It’s always great when the service matches the products and atmosphere, I give kudos to management for training a good employee like this young lady and I give kudos to her as well, she had a couple of what’s in my opinion difficult customers when I was there but I feel she handled it professionally and with focus. I look forward to returning in the future. The team is definitely trying their best and I am appreciative.
