“Love SUBWAY! This is my go-to lunch place! The Lincoln location staff are always friendly and my order is always fresh! Each time I order online, my wrap is waiting for me on the pick-up shelf. No waiting! The online ordering takes a keen eye though...some of the veggies are pre-selected and some are not. If you click on one, you could be adding or deselecting it so you have to really pay attention to what you're clicking on.“

“Food was OK. The lettuce was browning I let the employee know and he still put it on my sandwich then refilled the container for the next customer. I told the cashier I got no response literally, she ignored me completely. Yes, I did repeat the complaint, she definitely heard me.“

“Being in the place where it is, this is a pretty convenient place to eat. I have to say that just like with every chain, the atmosphere is pretty standard Subway. The food is pretty much the same as any other Subway, which is to say it's pretty good. I have not had much of a chance to interact with staff, but I don't really have anything to comply about, as the staff has provided me with satisfactory service both times that I have grabbed a sandwich here. Would I eat here again? Probably, if I'm hungry and happen to be shopping here ??‍♂️“

“The workers here are amazing, super helpful ?. The superstar of this restaurant is "Elle" with the GREEN and dark hair ponytail. She is so kind, helpful, and always has a big smile! She genuinely cares about her job and providing amazing service! I visit the restaurant at least 3 times a week and have had nothing but positive experiences from all the employees and the quality of the ingredients are much more fresh then other Subways in town. I am a delivery driver and this Subway is the best one in Yakima, by far!! Thank you Elle for going above and beyond, making customers days better! ?“

“I forgot to get his name but it was a guy working with a girl on Thursday may 15 around 7 in the afternoon, I placed an online order and he didn’t have the ingredients to make it and immediately called me and apologized and made sure I was taken care of with anything else, his personality was Great and very upbringing and pretty much made my day even though I didn’t get the sandwich I wanted it still was great customer service“
