Horrible expirience one of the workers was super rude when ask how long it would take to make my subways that on the app said there were ready He responded with how long it takes and I said in the app says it’s ready and he scream I told you how long it takes. Really rude infront of other custumers and to he’s co-worker, The co-worker looked super intimidated and when I ask him to give me their supervisor number to report the other guy he responded, I don’t want to get him mad he’s being rude to me all day and I’m new I don’t want to get fire.

This place is very unprofessional they lied to my sister and I about the coupon policy and told us there was limited choices on what sandwiches we were able to get, then said that’s the same policy as every subway in Yakima and clearly it wasn’t my sister and I ended up going to the one on 40th by Fred Meyers’s and they treated us a lot better and didn’t have it where u we’re limited certain sandwich options you were actually able to get anyone you wanted and also build your own even when using the coupons, the workers on 40th are amazing they deserve 5 starts rating unlike the one on 16th and Lincoln very rude, dirty ,and there sitting there on there phones rather then taking orders right away once a customer comes into the store, also when they wernt very busy I heard the phone ringing when there was 3 workers there one could of easily answered the phone. Any way just thought I’d leave a review thanks for the shitty service have a great day.

I ordered a foot long teriyaki chicken sub. I always get everything on it. Except oil/ vinegar and jalapeños! I have always been happy with my orders. Today however it was soggy bread, the wrong kind of bread and put together without care. These sandwich’s are expensive and having even one bad experience is too many. I am not sure what happened because it was an online order, I wasn’t there watching it be made. I hope my next experience is better because I really enjoy a sub sandwich every now and then. Disappointing for sure.

Very expensive, food was okay except the churro, it was so hard, I had to throw it away ($2.00 in the garbage) The prices are getting too out of hand, forcing me to stop going to these fast food places or at least cut back on how many times I go. Not very wise! These greedy people are shooting themselves in the foot. Everyone I speak to feels the same way.

Online says they close at 10. They were closed before 9:20 even though there was an employee still working inside. Disappointing.
I went there at 8:45pm and the place was locked. 2 workers inside and neither one said anything. Just looked at me. The sign outside said open till 10pm. Now I am on google at it says open till 9pm. Subway needs to get it together. Food is not as good as it use to be and I have nothing positive to say about customer service.

Went in store asked employee to help woth the online order for the buy 1 foot long get foot long free he was no help it charged me 33 dollars should have been 16 buy 1 get 1 free horrible service didn't get food and was charged had to wait for my refund to go back on my card I'll never eat here or take my business here again worst customer service in town
Parking: There is a big parking lot for me to park to go to the other stores in complex as I'll never go to this subway again
