They never answer their phones 📞 I tried to place my order several times with no luck. It’s like they don’t care about their customers or even want business. What a shame I recommend going elsewhere for better service.

Paid $15 for the outlaw sub. Received an incredibly disappointing bread sandwich. I assume it's the franchises fault and not the employees. The amount of food inside the bread is hilarious.

I get a subway at 24th and Nob Hill at 2times a week. Lately it’s so disappointing. Today I actually ask for different bread because it was cut terribly but the second one was cut worse. I ask fresh lettuce since lettuce in the container was brown. The gentleman removed two pieces and gave me the rest. Going to another one from now on.

Went in to order my sub and they said they serve their food the way it says on the board and no substitutes or extras! When did they start that. The worker was very rude to us. We were ordering 3 subs. Of course we walked out without our food. Won't go to the subway on 23rd and nobhill again! The other subways let you have it the way you want it!
