The workers here are amazing, super helpful ?. The superstar of this restaurant is "Elle" with the GREEN and dark hair ponytail. She is so kind, helpful, and always has a big smile! She genuinely cares about her job and providing amazing service! I visit the restaurant at least 3 times a week and have had nothing but positive experiences from all the employees and the quality of the ingredients are much more fresh then other Subways in town. I am a delivery driver and this Subway is the best one in Yakima, by far!! Thank you Elle for going above and beyond, making customers days better! ?

We got there around 8:20-8:30 and she was alittle rude at first we were telling her what we wanted and was making faces and rolling her eyes and when we were gunna pay she stood there with the Change and didn’t say anything and waited for us to grab it didn’t hand it out or nothing and when we ask for a cookie she rolled her eyes again! She had a pony tail on with blue hair!

I went there for lunch. I was VERY clear that I had only a hundred dollar bill. I ordered 3 sandwiches. It came to around 30$ After waiting in line for what seemed like forever, I ordered the food. After going through the whole procedure of getting the sandwiches made, ( Guy was VERY rude by the way) I was finally thinking I was done. I handed him the payment. He snorted and said something I can't repeat here . In different words he said," I don't have the change for a hundred dollars. I can't tell if that's real. I know you people have a way of making those pass the pen test. ." I just about hit him for his racist remarks. But I am a STRONG SPANISH WOMAN WHO WILL NOT BE BROUGHT DOWN TO HIS LEVEL.

I love Subway sandwiches except for now you can't get shutter you can get the process cheddar and monsieurella mixed together or is that Kobe Jack what the heck not impressed anymore And the boys were pretty good in here but honestly not that great of service you Come flying in like that

I got food poisoning from a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich. I’ve never been in so much pain. Looked well prepared but I guess meat was raw or not at the right temperature zone. Not good.
They do not honor Subway coupons.I guess there are not a really Subway.Who wants to pay full price when you have a realSubway coupon just close like 72 ave did.???.Dietary restrictions: No food.

Why would you not accept coupons. They are for subway and there's no way that you would lose money from them they aren't free subs theyre just slightly discounted. Lost my business there are better sub shops in town anyways.
