Arrived within the posted hours of business & they had closed down over a hour form thier posted closing hours on a Friday. Was refused service even though it was during thier hours of business. I would like contact from either corporate or the owner of this franchise.

I would give a negative star if it would let me.

Sandwich is always messy and soggy! I swear I order the exact same thing from another subway shop and it’s 100% better! Why does my Uber eats app always go to the 40th store!!! UGH!!!! This has happened multiple times!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went into subway n 40th ave Yakima wa horrible stopped them from making my order . The girl working was quite rood food looked old lettuce was brown and rotten.. I asked if they had lettuce that wasn’t slimy and brown., she said nope thats all we got. Very unprofessional. Will never go back

Did online order for 2 ft longs. All-American and the Monster sandwhich....BEYOND DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE. Immediately called store 30th Ave near Fred Myers) and after many attempts I finally got thru..Employee Megan said for me to bring back sandwiches uneaten for a refund...i refused to go o store location as I have already made the trip to the store for pick up and I would not want to go back to waste time and again gas...so she gave me an email address to send photos. I requested a full refund. Any other chain restaurant would be happy to offer a coupon or SOMETHING for such a dissatisfied food order that was over 30.00...just guess what happened based on other reviews....NOT HAPPY!! I will follow up with their decision once I recieve one from them....the email address that was given to me was Inbd18869@gmailcom

Service was terrible. I was rushed thru the line. I told them everything in sandwich in which they were getting ready to wrap both my sandwiches and had to stop them. They had left half of the ingredients out. Asked them to finish adding the rest of ingredients and their facial expressions were quite negative. Will not go to that subway ever again.

I went to this location on Friday 09/15/23 at 12:10 and the customer service was horrible. A male was making my sandwich & I was barley starting to add veggies to my sandwhich until the red head at the register started yelling at me asking if I wanted a drink or chips and she was extremely rude and rushing me, and then she proceeded to rush other customers as well. Unprofessional, she should be fired.

Paid for a double meat tuna footlong and got regular meat. At least they honored the coupon, so it was only $11.36 as opposed to $14 or more (ridiculous). The coupon was for a $6.99 FL with double meat costing an extra $3.50. The ingredients are always fresh, which is why they get a 4 rating instead of a 3.Also, the last couple of visits, they have no ice tea available except in the cooler. I can't imagine not making ice tea in the summer, which tells me they're short on help.
