I forgot to get his name but it was a guy working with a girl on Thursday may 15 around 7 in the afternoon, I placed an online order and he didn’t have the ingredients to make it and immediately called me and apologized and made sure I was taken care of with anything else, his personality was Great and very upbringing and pretty much made my day even though I didn’t get the sandwich I wanted it still was great customer service

This morning I came in with my blind dad and the girl at the counter was extremely rude when my dad tried to tell her what he wanted on the sandwich she would respond back in a rude way and didn’t even put a lot of toppings ln our sandwiches. The need to hire a new worker! Never coming to this location again the subway on lincoln is so much better!

We went into this subway with the Sandwich number and name from the online menu before ordering in the restaurant, when I asked for the number 18 the ultimate B.M.T, they had no idea how to make the sandwich! What if I ordered online, would they have made me the wrong sandwich if me as the customer didn’t walk them through how to make it… I feel that I isn’t my job to make the sandwich if I wanted it exactly how it’s made on the menu!
I’m from California, the subways in CA are heaven compared to the crap they call this in Yakima! Soggy, the vegetables taste rotten, the sandwich breaks before even taking a bite!!!!!
All in all poor customer service… terrible food, this is the third time going to this one and the past experiences I had, a young lady and her co-workers made fun of my haircut. Very rude won’t be there again! Learn how to treat people with respect!

Sandwich, drink, chips, $22+. Didn't accept Subway coupons. Feels like they try to lure you in with coupons they don't accept. If no Subway in town accepts coupons, why are they printed other than false advertising. Class action lawsuit?

Arrived within the posted hours of business & they had closed down over a hour form thier posted closing hours on a Friday. Was refused service even though it was during thier hours of business. I would like contact from either corporate or the owner of this franchise.
I would give a negative star if it would let me.

Sandwich is always messy and soggy! I swear I order the exact same thing from another subway shop and it’s 100% better! Why does my Uber eats app always go to the 40th store!!! UGH!!!! This has happened multiple times!!!!!!!!!!!!

It felt like a joke because of the ridiculously small portions of the toppings they put on even after asking for more.
Went into subway n 40th ave Yakima wa horrible stopped them from making my order . The girl working was quite rood food looked old lettuce was brown and rotten.. I asked if they had lettuce that wasn’t slimy and brown., she said nope thats all we got. Very unprofessional. Will never go back
