Immediately called store 30th Ave near Fred Myers) and after many attempts I finally got thru..Employee Megan said for me to bring back sandwiches uneaten for a refund...i refused to go o store location as I have already made the trip to the store for pick up and I would not want to go back to waste time and again gas...so she gave me an email address to send photos. I requested a full refund. Any other chain restaurant would be happy to offer a coupon or SOMETHING for such a dissatisfied food order that was over 30.00...just guess what happened based on other reviews....NOT HAPPY!! I will follow up with their decision once I recieve one from them....the email address that was given to me was Inbd18869@gmailcom

Around 7:00 the workers just get mean man. First time I went in didn't really know what to make of it but I went in again today and it's the same stuff. The food is fine but I felt like I was almost in an argument with the chick behind the counter. Recommend either coming in earlier or just not at all.

Service was terrible. I was rushed thru the line. I told them everything in sandwich in which they were getting ready to wrap both my sandwiches and had to stop them. They had left half of the ingredients out. Asked them to finish adding the rest of ingredients and their facial expressions were quite negative. Will not go to that subway ever again.

Horrible experience. They lady acted like I was a total inconvenience. I almost walked out after she shouted at wait a minute and she was kicking some boxes around on the floor. I wish I would've just left, she slapped my wrap together with less than half of the amounts I'm used to at other subways. I am done with subway. Never going to another one ever again. Very horrible customer service and rude!

I went to this location on Friday 09/15/23 at 12:10 and the customer service was horrible. A male was making my sandwich & I was barley starting to add veggies to my sandwhich until the red head at the register started yelling at me asking if I wanted a drink or chips and she was extremely rude and rushing me, and then she proceeded to rush other customers as well. Unprofessional, she should be fired.

Paid for a double meat tuna footlong and got regular meat. At least they honored the coupon, so it was only $11.36 as opposed to $14 or more (ridiculous). The coupon was for a $6.99 FL with double meat costing an extra $3.50. The ingredients are always fresh, which is why they get a 4 rating instead of a 3.Also, the last couple of visits, they have no ice tea available except in the cooler. I can't imagine not making ice tea in the summer, which tells me they're short on help.

The young ladies (one in specific I wish I had her name) that work at this establishment are very rude and unprofessional. They don't have any manners and treat customers like they are an inconvenience. Will absolutely not return.

Horrible service.. lady with red hair. Extremely rude, to employee she is training. And I guess doordash orders are just to much and literally threw the order on the pick up rack! Remember couriers are customers also.

Customer service on 40th was horrible. My daughter was asked very rude and in mean tone what did she want. Rolled her eyes, rudely told her to speak up. Didn't offer any condiments. Just wrapped up her sandwich and left on counter. 2nd time happening here. Your sandwich makers are either overworked or not trained properly.
