Waited 5 min with no help then the machine didn't even get my order right. Really nobody else was in the store why can't they help? I don't like the kiosk its full of germs always dirty. I don't want to get sick why can't you take an order in a fast time this is fast food right . 1 person in your store should not take 15 min for 2 burritos and a cheese potato. Especially when I was literally the only person at the store.

I had ordered through drive through since my family and I were in a hurry to eat and pulled over to eat in car but my children needed to use the restroom since we had been on road, once we came in they had a code so we had to go to the front, there was a lady standing facing away from customers, all she did was turn and literally turned back around and continued to speak to another employee not even offered to help us! The other customer finally asked if there is a code to use the restroom and the lady didn’t even respond just walked away and walked towards the restroom and came back and didn’t say much. Until customer looked at her and she said the restroom was occupied. A few minutes pass and I asked well there’s 2 restrooms (let me tell you the restrooms don’t even say anything bout gender) so I ask if the other is available and she just asked if I needed to use woman’s restroom which clearly I am one. Other than having the worst customer service sadly this the first time I’ve received re-fried chicken chalupa’s they were hard to chew! Very disappointed because I’ve never had nothing bad to say bout ANY TACOBELL till I’ve came to this Tacobell! I only have stopped by here cause it’s closest to freeway and I’ve came within months gap and all the times I’ve came here HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Workers don’t acknowledge nor care bout customers in lobby!

The night shift staff was so rude and even after they confirm my order that is on the screen the still didn’t give me what I ordered !!! I was missing a nacho fry and my number one was not supreme like I paid for !!! Some ppl really hate their job but want to be paid!!!

As soon as i walked in it felt like any other different taco bell, but it wasn't. Got my order wrong, it was on the tap screens, found 3 large hairs (i have medium hair) no music
Don’t really eat Taco bell but the times I’ve gone are always a disaster they literally forgot to put meat “beef” on my crunch wrap I can and let the manager know he says he would put me on a book I go to pick my crunch wrap up they ask a million and one questions and then tell me I ain’t on the book. Waste of time will not ever go there again.

It took 8mins to get me my mango/peach aqua refresher. They were attending to drive thru and ignoring the fact I was waiting once I placed my order. I had to finally ask them, did they forget I was still waiting. 🙃
