Stopped in on a road trip. The taco bell is clean and renovated, but they've not only locked the bathrooms but don't give out the code to patrons, instead the nice lady at the counter had to walk over and unlock the bathroom for me.
On one hand, the staff were perfectly polite. On the other, I'm not a fan of this policy and travelers should stop in other areas given an option.
Food was OK except that the tomatoes were a bit mealy

I asked for 2 chicken soft tacos. They tried to charge me for two BEEF tacos with a sub of chicken!! Wait, what, do you not sell chicken tacos anymore?? They wanted to charge me 1.80 for the sub! Hell to the NO!!!

There was barely any meat in my chalupa and my taco had one side empty!!! Wth. my plastic container that had cheese sauce was only half filled too.also My cousin ordered no sour cream and they put a sticker on her box saying no sour cream ,but she did have sour cream !!! This was late night around 11:40pm. Lazy staff

Ordered a crunch wrap supreme, asked them to ADD POTATOES and extra nacho cheese. Simple right? Easy right? WRONG. Drove all the way home to find I had a cheese and potato wrap. Nothing else. So I get back in my car drive alll the way back and say, hi you guys got my order wrong. So they agree to make it over, then a lady comes up to the window and says so on the crunch wrap no lettuce no tomato no beef? I said, no I want everything on the crunch wrap but I want to ADD POTATOES to it. I think finally they’re getting it right. NOPE. Just got home to find a crunch wrap minus the damn beef. I give up. I have now wasted my time gas and money. Never again. .
