Ordered a crunch wrap supreme, asked them to ADD POTATOES and extra nacho cheese. Simple right? Easy right? WRONG. Drove all the way home to find I had a cheese and potato wrap. Nothing else. So I get back in my car drive alll the way back and say, hi you guys got my order wrong. So they agree to make it over, then a lady comes up to the window and says so on the crunch wrap no lettuce no tomato no beef? I said, no I want everything on the crunch wrap but I want to ADD POTATOES to it. I think finally they’re getting it right. NOPE. Just got home to find a crunch wrap minus the damn beef. I give up. I have now wasted my time gas and money. Never again. .

Unbelievable and disgusting how you guys don’t check your guys lettuce to see if there’s anything bugs, long story short I was happily eating me tacos and for some reason I looked closely at my taco and found a bug so disgusting… PAY MORE ATTENTION TO YOUR LETTUCE AND OTHER SUPPLIES FOR BUGS!!!!!! Zero stars so disgusting
I went there today and I was not satisfied. I ordered a party box, fries and three new berry drinks they said it wasn’t ready so I tried swapping for Baja and they could only give me two out of three. My food was cold. The machine needs to be fixed or change your menu items to sold out. I will be going to the nob hill one from now on. Totally disappointed at this location. Do better!!
Dont go there with a trailer. You will be screwed. Employees stood there and watched and were laughing as i tried to turn around. Went in got zero help. I ended up using the touch screen, and they called out jim. i put james as my name is james, not jim, not jimmy. James, as it was on the ticket. No sour cream was asked, and i got sour cream. Guess i should have stood there and through a fit, but this is the next best thing get it together please.

This Taco Bell is actually immaculate, my boyfriend and I are road tripping and needed something at 1am and this Taco Bell was a holy grail. They gave us amazing portion sizes, didn’t mess up any of our order (a common occurrence where we live) and even gave us plenty of sauce. Genuinely feel like I was blessed by the presence of this Taco Bell. Thank you Taco Bell 1am employees, my boyfriend and I salute you for your hard work and dedication to giving the customer the best Taco Bell experience they could ever have.
