These people went out of their way during a graduation rush to quickly serve my big family 10 super delux boxes, an HOUR TO their closing. We left on the dot almost and these folks were still very sweet about us being there so late. We did try and minimize our mess, but the working ready to clean was being so helpful ready to wipe everything down as we left. I know we put unnecessary stress on this crew just now, so we really appreciate their good customer service and attitudes.

Being a vegetarian and driving thru the mountains in snow after road closures doesn’t offer many options except taco bell and some others. We had a truck which didn’t have enough clearance to go thru the drive thru after midnight and were starving. The gentleman (forgot to note this name) at this store was very happy to help us even though he had to open the door (despite the safety issue) and give us the food. Whoever he is, serving the drive thru window on February 9, 2025 Sunday, many many thanks. Taco Bell congrats on having some awesome people. Some kind people at the service industry still restore faith in humanity at tough times.

Their app is horrible after u pay for ur order yr told u have to wait anywhere from 10 to 30min even if u get there early they say that it won't be ready till than. Yall are gonna lose alot of business running ur app orders like that it just doesn't make since.

Put in our order right away, Had us standing in the lobby for 30 min, staring at us, 12 people were helped through the drive through. Current manager heard the phone ringing and loud said "well that's annoying" and didn't answer it. They will not serve walk ins. This is not the first time we've had issues at this location.
