Came through the drive-thru at 3PM today. Whoever is on backine did an absolutely amazing job making my spicy potato soft taco. So often we get crappy from fast food services and it can become disappointing. Fortunately that was not an issue today! It meant so much to me to have a taco that was fresh and packed with potatoes. It makes me want to keep coming back to this location! Please be sure to let your back liners know they are doing a great job 🙂

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a black bean crunch wrap and they have it correct on my receipt and bag but after eating a couple bites it was BEEF and now I have food poisoning.

Update of review: shout out to Door Dash driver David - he came through and managed to get Taco Bell to produce another order for me. I will never go back to that Taco Bell but will continue to use Door Dash because David made a difference.
Horrible Door Dash experience. I never got my food. The “manager” tells me they gave it away and I have to jump through hoops with door dash to get my money back. That was after they lied to me twice.
11/26 evening crew . Very unprofessional! Inappropriate music playing like it’s a night club with people and kids in the lobby . I needed to pay from the kiosk machine and went to the from counter worker was on his phone and walked away from me didn’t help me and I’m trying to get attention but they can’t hear me cause of the music they had playing out loud. All the way around it’s unprofessional. Wont be coming back .

I love this location the best, but it’s the only location that doesn’t label my food that doesn’t have sour cream! I HATE sour cream. So if my food has any sour cream on it I can’t eat it! Please label the food in the cravings box! That’s all I ask!

super rude people, the lady had the audacity to cuss at me in spanish ! didn’t see her name she was a manager tho with mole and a full face of makeup on. if i could give them 0 stars i would. i went in around 3 so whoever is working fridays at 3 thats who im referring too, night shift when i go in, on the other hand are super sweet just not right now. When i pulled up to the drive thru they were rude right off the bat , i asked to switch the drink and they made it a big issue. Then it just got worst
