Update of review: shout out to Door Dash driver David - he came through and managed to get Taco Bell to produce another order for me. I will never go back to that Taco Bell but will continue to use Door Dash because David made a difference.
Horrible Door Dash experience. I never got my food. The “manager” tells me they gave it away and I have to jump through hoops with door dash to get my money back. That was after they lied to me twice.

11/26 evening crew . Very unprofessional! Inappropriate music playing like it’s a night club with people and kids in the lobby . I needed to pay from the kiosk machine and went to the from counter worker was on his phone and walked away from me didn’t help me and I’m trying to get attention but they can’t hear me cause of the music they had playing out loud. All the way around it’s unprofessional. Wont be coming back .

I love this location the best, but it’s the only location that doesn’t label my food that doesn’t have sour cream! I HATE sour cream. So if my food has any sour cream on it I can’t eat it! Please label the food in the cravings box! That’s all I ask!

super rude people, the lady had the audacity to cuss at me in spanish ! didn’t see her name she was a manager tho with mole and a full face of makeup on. if i could give them 0 stars i would. i went in around 3 so whoever is working fridays at 3 thats who im referring too, night shift when i go in, on the other hand are super sweet just not right now. When i pulled up to the drive thru they were rude right off the bat , i asked to switch the drink and they made it a big issue. Then it just got worst
Had a terrible experience with the shift manager Jason yesterday! I’m so upset about it i had to come back and write a review. First i had made an online order and apparently it hadn’t gone through. When i expressed that i was upset Jason came and told me that i would have to pay again. I didn’t have money to spend on 2 meals and Jason told me he didn’t give a F. I then told him that he shouldn’t be talking to costumers like that and he told me to go F myself and that they didn’t need my business he then said “I’m still getting paid so you can pay again or F off which you probably should F off anyways you don’t need the extra calories”. I struggle with lupus so my weight is definitely on the bigger side. I felt so targeted and insecure i left with out my food. I am so disgusted with the service of this location. I will NOT be returning.

The new cantina chalupa is delicious. Not a fan of the new order by touch screen only, but the employees were very helpful.
My 3 year old and 10 year old got food poisoning for the 1st time today from here.
