This is by far one of the worst Taco Bell locations I’ve ever visited. The restaurant was filthy—tables were dirty, the floor was sticky, and the bathrooms were disgusting. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time.

To make things worse, the manager, Ramon Cuevas, was incredibly rude to both customers and employees. His unprofessional attitude created a very uncomfortable environment. No one should be treated the way I saw him treating people.

Between the poor hygiene and the terrible management, I will definitely not be coming back. If you care about cleanliness and respectful service, I strongly suggest going elsewhere.

I normally dont write reviews but this is just nasty.
06-29-2025 approximately at 6:25 pm two of the employees was slapping each other with tortillas across the face then proceeded to use the same tortillas to make customers food. While the two same employees seem to have a foul mouth cussing while children is present in the dining area. Location 230 S 72nd Ave, Yakima, WA 98908

On a late Thursday around 11pm-12am I’ve received the best Taco Bell I have ever received in my 22 years and imma sound real big right now. I got 2 Beefy 5 Layer Burritos, and specifically asked for one to have No Sour Cream, No Nacho Cheese, Easy Shredded Cheese and Extra Beef. We knew just from the wrappings of the burritos these were going to be the best Taco Bell we have ever had! THEY EVEN WROTE ON THE WRAPPER WHICH BURRITO HAD EXTRA/NONE OF SOMETHING. Baja Blast was blasting alright!

Our order was correct, but the employee on the drive through mic was short with us. Not necessarily bad, but not great. We ordered a medium water, because he told us it would be almost $3 for a large, but medium was free. When we got our drinks, the water was actually soda water. When he handed us our food, I asked the employee to trade it out for normal water and he said, “that’s just how it is, I don’t really like the water here either.” He would not accept that he did not give us water, so I pulled away and I ended up going into the store to dump out the soda water and refill my cup with regular water.

Great experience at this location at about 3:15pm today. The crew was dealing with a small rush but they were still all smiles, communicating with each other to keep anyone from getting overwhelmed, and making the food quickly and (as near as I can tell from my order) accurately.
It was a very positive vibe. If it's like this regularly, I'd strongly recommend this location.

When I go into a family establishment I expect to be greeted and a thank you before I leave would also be great. But unfortunately I thought that I walked into a high school locker room or a dive bar with the profanity that I was hearing behind the counter. The food was great but I would strongly recommend dining at a different restaurant with your family.

Normally I’m a huge fan of Taco Bell, but as a vegetarian I am so sick of ordering vegetarian food and getting home only to find it full of meat. Every single time this happens, I call the number that’s listed here and it rings and rings and rings with no answer.

So I drive over to Taco Bell to get a refund and first they say they can’t refund me because they have switched shifts and the shift I bought it from has to be the shift to refund me. Then they say they can’t refund me because I ordered from the app and I have to call the app’s customer service. I ask to speak to the manager and they tell me no.

Making the order on the screen and then double checking it to make sure it is correct is NOT difficult, so why has my order been messed up all 3 times I’ve been in the last week (twice here and once at the one on 16th). I am a genuinely understanding individual if you can be apologize and fix a problem that you cause. Literally would not have been a big deal if they had just said, “sorry about that, let me get you a refund or remake it.” Everyone makes mistakes…. But this has flown past a mistake or 2 and is just the most infuriating incompetence with zero accountability.

Showed up just after 10 on our way home from a long and already frustrating trip to find only the drive-through open. No big deal, I'll just walk through since my camper won't fit through the drive-through. After 10 mins of standing there, instead of saying anything through the speaker and says they can't to walk up... ok, but I can't fit. Can I just come in and order? Nope, he suggested an online order. Did that. On the final page and it's telling me "oops, something went wrong on our end" go up to the door and wait till that same guy come over so I can show him what's it saying and to see if he know how to fix it. "Huh, something must be wrong with the site right now"..... ok.... can I just order inside?? Nope. Thanks for wasting 30 mins of my time. I understand there are policies due to whatever, but you could clearly see my truck and camper, and saw my attempt at ordering through the website, I feel like anyone with halfway decent customer service would have made an exception.

They play gangster rap in the restaurant with cussing, and all the staff was cussing up a storm in the back, so unprofessional it was unreal, will never ever go back.
