Niah was very friendly and helpful with our ordering. Made sure to tell us the deals they were offering and was a very pleasant person. The lady making our food was also very kind and did her absolute best making our food and cared about the details. The food was fresh and tasted very good. We don't have a taco time in Ellensburg so making this stop was well worth it.

The food was old tasting. Only the tater Tots were fresh. Our drink was flat with way too much ice. Pretty pricey for small portions!!
They don't even have the salsa bar anymore. The food was alright, but way too expensive for what you get. I can get a lot more for my money at Taco Bell 🔔
Prices on menu board were not the same as what was charged. I was refunded the difference but it has been this way for a very long time. Employees are friendly and try to do a good job. Food was made to order and tasted good. I miss the fresh chopping bar that was in existence before covid. Since this is no longer available in any Taco Time I have visited post Covid, prices should reflect this lack of option.

I have a book study on Monday nights and so I went to the Taco Time on Yakima. Avenue and it was closed already at 520 so I went to the 16th. The nob hill. You have a special 3 tacos for $7. And so because it's a special, you don't do a senior discount which is fine, but I asked. For no lettuce, add onions and my tacos are loaded with lettuce. I asked for hot sauce. I got 3 tacos and one hot sauce. Not very happy with the taco time on sixteenth and nob hill

The lady that took our order, who I assume is also the one that was at the window and took our money and gave us our food, sounded very friendly, was extremely polite, and actually ended up knowing my boyfriend personally. So they quickly caught up with each other about how family members were doing, how work was going, and the positive direction of everyone's life in general. All in all, it was a pretty good experience. The food here is more expensive than other similar fast food places, but as far as that goes, I believe that you get what you pay for and I've never been disappointed with the quality of the food that I've received at this chain, even with the higher price point...... With all that being said........ Unfortunately, there was a mistake this time, though. We had ordered four sides of ranch dressing to go with the chicken taco salad??? also ordered........ but only ONE was actually included, ? and yes, we were charged for all four. ??♀️
