Niah was very friendly and helpful with our ordering. Made sure to tell us the deals they were offering and was a very pleasant person. The lady making our food was also very kind and did her absolute best making our food and cared about the details. The food was fresh and tasted very good. We don't have a taco time in Ellensburg so making this stop was well worth it.
Prices on menu board were not the same as what was charged. I was refunded the difference but it has been this way for a very long time. Employees are friendly and try to do a good job. Food was made to order and tasted good. I miss the fresh chopping bar that was in existence before covid. Since this is no longer available in any Taco Time I have visited post Covid, prices should reflect this lack of option.
The lady that took our order, who I assume is also the one that was at the window and took our money and gave us our food, sounded very friendly, was extremely polite, and actually ended up knowing my boyfriend personally. So they quickly caught up with each other about how family members were doing, how work was going, and the positive direction of everyone's life in general.
