I’ve been here a couple times and I enjoy the tea and the donuts.
But this girl’s service was awful. She was sitting and barely attentive to entering customers. She served 3 parties including myself and gave the same monotone and discontent behavior to each party.
She continued to bang her equipment loudly while customers were waiting for their orders as well.
I serve at a restaurant full-time while going to school, and often give a lot of slack to tired workers because we are all human. This girl was beyond unprofessional. She acted childish and is giving this establishment a bad name.
Next time I come I hope to update the review positively.

Stopped by 8:30pm and they said it was closed when they usually close at 9. Make sure to stop by a half hour before.

For me this is the best boba in all yakima! It is delicious, the customer service is always quick and friendly, although I went in today and there was a young lady, she was in a terrible mood and messed up my order twice.

Very delish bobba, My friend at the register was super polite, very helpful and super friendly!! He hand makes the Boba and I highly recommend the Oreo brulee boba, insanely delicious!!! Going back NOW for one!!!!

After seeing the most recent reviews and how the customers were treated, I will also share my experience. The drinks are good but the Hispanic girl working there with black, long hair had the worse customer service ever. She didn’t greet me when I came in, was short on her answers when I asked questions and had this annoyed look on her face. It seemed like she hates working there. Another two customers walked in after me and again she never greeted them. Customer service 0/5, drinks 5/5.

Drinks were good but the girl had the worst customer service! We were the only people there and she was slamming stuff around the looks she gave us were just terrible. Makes a good boba place look so bad. Unfortunate.

I don’t usually leave reviews, I usually have a very good experience here I love the drinks and the mochi donuts. I went in and the girl working was very rude acting as if it was an inconvenience me walking in I asked what time the mochi donuts would be available she said after 1 I was going to order a drink but gave me a very annoyed look and said anything else so I decided to leave. Please teach your employees good customer service I would hate to see a great business be ruined by ungrateful employees.

Cheese foam matcha was pretty good, but the barista had an awful attitude for no reason. Seemed annoyed at my presence then I asked politely for light ice, as she'd filled the cup to the brim with ice, and she didn't answer but slammed the cup and something else on the counter. I was the only one in there, had never been before. Won't be back.

I went to &Tea this past Friday, and unfortunately, the experience was pretty disappointing. The two young men working that day came off as a bit rude from the start. I tried to brush it off—everyone has off days—but it didn’t get much better. When my friend and I got our drinks, they were honestly the worst boba teas we’ve ever had. That was especially surprising because I’ve been here before and always had great drinks, which is why I came back in the first place. It was just really disappointing overall, especially knowing how good the drinks can be.

I ordered forty milk teas with boba from &Tea for a surgery clinic opening party. Hugo was responsive and easy to work with. He even opened the shop early to make all the tea in time for us to set up. The tea was very popular and none were left over!
