Ordered a drink with a ton of ice and a splash of milk(americano style) and when they handed it to me there was about an inch from the top and no splash of milk. I asked if they could add the splash and I got lectured by the barista about how I should have ordered a mocha not an americano. That is incorrect because I only wanted a splash of milk not the cup that comes in a mocha. She rudely told me she charged me for an americano. I told her I would pay for the table spoon of milk so she charged me another dollar and reran my card for a dollar. I have gone here many times and they are rude most of them. ZERO customer service skills. Coffee also tastes bad just happens to be on my way to work. Won’t go back. If you don’t like your job you should find something else to persue. Surprised they are still in business.

I am a regular customer who frequents this establishment for Red Bull beverages. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered unsatisfactory customer service from an employee. She nearly prepared my drink incorrectly, a mistake I fortunately identified and corrected. Subsequently, when I politely requested whipped cream, I received a disapproving look and a reprimand for not specifying my request earlier. This response was particularly unprofessional, especially considering my prior assistance in preventing a beverage preparation error. Improved customer service training is strongly recommended. And they still have the nerve to ask for tips.

Been coming to coffee castle for the past couple months after leaving my previous coffee spot.
The girls here have been very nice and friendly. They always have good recommendations and great weekly specials. My favorite part is they have punch cards despite a lot of surrounding coffee stands have made away with them. It feels nice to be rewarded for your loyalty. ?

The worse coffee place in town ! The employees there are so rude ! I went this morning asking about a certain redbull and she just gave a a dirty look. Didn't even give suggestions or try to help. She made the drink and I go it looks gross ! She said yeah it dose and still made me pay for it and handed me the nasty drink. How rude didn't even offer to make a better drink. Those girls there have 0 customer service pluse dutch bros is way better then any place in yakima

Best Coffee stand in town hands down. No contest.... I personally LOVE the Snickers "Big Train" blended coffee drink, with 2 extra shots of espresso, and topped with whipped cream.... *of course* ?☕️?

10/12/23 morning girl gave us cold breakfast food items and sub par coffee. Normally everything is perfect there besides today :/

Burritos are spectacular. Coffee was awful. I politely asked the barista if she could remake my drink (white chocolate Americano with an extra shot) as it was EXTREMELY watered down. It tasted like water with a splash of coffee. Instead of asking what was wrong she gave attitude and proceeded by trying to lecture me on how to properly make coffee. As a barista with many years of experience and a coffee master myself, she has no idea how to correctly make the Drink to begin with. After she remade the drink she proceeded to tell me that maybe next time I should tell her exactly how I want my drink made. I agree, that’s a fair point, however that shouldn’t have to happen if she would know how to make it to begin with, I also have never had a bad drink made unless it’s made by her. Hopefully management sees this and can not only teach the barista the correct way to make drinks but also how important it is to have superb customer service skills.
