The kiosk is a joke to order on, I ordered inside and waited 30 minutes for a hamburger. When I finally got the food I remarked to the server that brought it to the counter that I waited 30 minutes he didn't respond andand just shrugged his shoulders. Tells me he is used to those king of complaints. That says it all

This chicken BBQ sandwich was awesome! Loved the grilled onions added and the banana shake was unreal! It was all around the best choice to grab some grub! I wish I would have taken a picture as it was delicious!!!

I waited in line over 20 min today without moving and left my car to find out what the problem was. after speaking with the manager found out that it could be much longer wait!!!! I backed out of the drive through and left!!! Today I had to go without any lunch because the staff couldn’t get it together to serve the drive through in a timely fashion! I will NEVER go back to Habit Burger in Yakima Wa you know n Nobhill Blvd. might I add that the manager isn’t managing the establishment!!! My stars are a big fat ZERO but it don’t give that option

have had mostly good experiences here, but when there is a mistake or lapse in quality there is no way to call the store the local number redirects you to the cooperate website to leave a comment. some timely hurdles to jump thru when u are on a rushed meal break
