Purchased a year subracription to growler fills last month for $120. Most taps were broke but the employee ensured us that it was temporary and that they would all be operational by the next month (this month). Since then the business has not been open and now google lists it as permanently closed. Phone number disconnected, no replies to messages sent to the website etc. I am sure that we were not the only people this occurrd to. The owner basically sold services he never intended to fulfill and then just ghosts his paying customers. Very, very shady. At least I know to never frequent a business these people may open in the future.
One of my beers were warm and they refused to do a refund

Visiting here from Wyoming so my first time at The Tap. I really wanted to love this place as I enjoy sampling different products. First down fall for me was the glasses appeared to be very cloudy or water stained. The tables needed to be wiped down and chairs also. I don't want to dog this place cause I love the concept just need to tighten up some areas. I will give The Tap another try before leaving town.

First time going to The Tap and it will definitely be the last. Was intrigued by the pay by the pour, but then it all went down hill. A number of items on the menu were "out of stock".....on a Saturday evening. Ordered food using the table bar code. Went to get a beer, where more than a few taps were out or not working. Got back to our table and the server was trying to give us someone else's order. She wanted to see my receipt for our order, which we showed her. She got the order to the correct table and passed by saying that they just got out order. A couple minutes later she wants to see my receipt again.....not getting good vibes now. The counter girl comes over as well asking to see the "e-mail" receipt to prove the order went thru. After myself getting frustrated at the whole ordeal I asked for a refund of my purchase and left.

This place is like a playground for adults. Except the toys and monkey bars are beer and cocktails! Definitely a unique place and worth visiting. We enjoyed sampling beer, wine and cocktails and thought the pizza was good, too.

Lots of great beer options. The food is pretty good. I went on a random night and they had trivia, it was a fun vibe!

I was visiting here from Canada. I am the trivia captain back home. I had an awesome time here for Music Trivia. There were a lot of beer and cider options, and the mini games were fun too.
I didn't eat any of the food here as nothing appealed to me, but the trivia atmosphere is fantastic.

I come here several times a year. It’s one of my Yakima “don’t miss” spots! Well… It’s been a few months and I have to say I’m not very impressed. The atmosphere is still good and the service is great and I like most everything with one exception. I used to consider the food to be excellent. I loved the shrimp tacos and the pizza. Now the shrimp tacos I would say are a two out of 10. You will get something much better at Taco Bell. And the pizza this time was just OK. They changed up the crust which I do not like! The beer selection used to be amazing. Now half of it is cocktails and siders and nonalcoholics. Super disappointed.!!!

Nice place, and I love the beer selection. However the lady making food isn't great at customer service. I ordered a pizza with "light cheese" and it came with a regular amount cheese. The lady offered to re make it but I was too hungry to wait. I had to wipe off a lot of the cheese and other toppings, would have been nice if she discounted the food. Anyway I will be disputing my tip with my CC that I left before hand. I hate leaving a tip before I get my food.

We celebrated our 20th high school reunion at The Tap and it was the perfect spot to do it. Every person that attended had their choice of beverage given that they have a variety. Their food was amazing as was the environment. We were able to play our own playlist! I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking to have a get together!
Special thanks to the Owner, Oscar, and the employees which took care of us on our special day.

Beers were too expensive and service was terrible. They advertise that they close at 10pm online and at the physical location, but they still kicked everyone out at 8:58pm. They even let people buy more beer credits at 8:45, even though they knew they would be kicking everyone out at before 9pm. Additionally, people were paying for music credits to play at the Tap, and they turned the music completely off before 9pm and let the credits go to waste. I really wanted to enjoyed the place, but unfortunately the customer service was more than underwhelming.

Great drinks place, good drink selection, the Tap idea is awesome… now sale real food I bet you would make 4 times that amount you make now.. real food will make a difference.. and organized your table better.. your staff doesn’t really have restaurant experience… but if you trained them you’ll always have a line around the corner.. also do weekly events so you create Bar culture.. maybe bring in a DJ during the weekend for summer times… stay open a bit late…
