I had a deeply disappointing experience here yesterday. Initially, I ordered 9 tacos, but after waiting 20 minutes, a staff member informed me they only had enough meat for six. Assuming they were already prepared, I agreed to the six tacos. However, I ended up waiting another 20 minutes for them to be ready.
To make matters worse, when I requested a refund for the three tacos I didn't receive, I was told they couldn't give me my money back directly and I would need to call a number to get it. The phone number provided was invalid and didn’t work.
I genuinely want to support local businesses, but unfortunately, this one did not meet expectations.

Un Poco Loco catered the small snacks for my wedding of over 300 people and they were absolutely amazing!! We have heard from many guests the hot cheeto esquites was a favorite lol we also did fruit cups and the wheel chips which were also a hit. We booked them very last minute due to an issue with another vendor and Emma was quick to help. Thank you so much Un Poco Loco and Emma for making our big day a little more special ❤️
