Went there Wednesday when they opened. Food was greasy, they were out of a lot of the seafood. Oysters were raw and I got sick. Such as disappointment from the last 2 times we were there. Won't go back for a long time

Got the birria tacos and ceviche de sierra. Never again. Tacos: limp, tasteless, poor meat quality (both my wife and I spit out pieces we couldn’t chew) and over cheesed… maybe an attempt to make up for everything else? Consume: Water with onions floating on top. Zero flavor or body of any kind. Ceviche: glorified tuna fish? Shredded, creamy? Brown? Not fresh or crisp as expected? Maybe we don’t know our ceviche? Sorry. Don’t review often. This was not good though.

The experience was on point. amazing service. Friendly staff all around. highly recommend. I did create your own with some king crab gets pricy, so enjoy. You can only order by pound on create your own. The cucumber drink is definitely a go-to. Spacious dining.
We were blessed to win a giveaway for valentine's day and let me just say NOTHING disappointed. The food was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. The service was PHENOMENAL. Very kind and sweet people. And the atmosphere is just a VIBE!! We will 100% be back!! Thank you so much for everything guys. We had a very memorable valentine's day because of you guys! We felt very spoiled with our amazing valentines-day dinner and everything they did to make it special. We had been wanting to try this place since they were at their old location but never had the privilege to until last night. Not only were the portions huge but the taste 😋👌🤌🙌🔥 my mouth is watering as I type. Our waitress was very attentive and there's nothing I can say more to emphasize how amazing everything was. Not only was it our first date night without kids, but one we will definitely cherish because it was full of generosity from everyone that did their part to to hook it up with a delicious dessert, beautiful flowers, and entertaining music 🎶 from now on everytime someone ask for recommendation to a good place this is going to be our spot. Amazing atmosphere amazing customer service there was just a couple of things wrong with my order that I took home to my family for Valentines. dinner my order was seafood boils, one mild one medium both Cajun style. I ordered extra corn and egg while the food was amazing. The plate with the medium spice had a little to no clams and I do mean little because there was only two and the entire order got no eggs, even though I paid for them now this place is amazing Don’t get me wrong an amazing customer service I just filled out. My food may have been a little rushed to where they forgot my order correctly.

I have LOVED the Wacky Crab Shack since my very first visit 3 months ago and for over 2 months I have come in at LEAST twice a week! The service has always been amazing and the food is just as great! They now have a bigger location that is more accessible and convenient with all the shops near by. I definitely recommend coming in and enjoying a fresh delicious bite to eat. The tostadas and the strawberry horchata have definitely been some of my MUST haves every visit!
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access and get around in a wheelchair
This place wasn’t bad; I’m just used to a different flavor of Cajun sauce. The Cajun sauce was a little too dark, Smokey, and runny for me. I’m used to Bag o Crab, Pier 88, or Crab and more in Seattle, where the sauce is more red and tangy. Also, I prefer having the shrimp with the head off and deveined. I also ordered a side of the garlic butter sauce, and it was just a little different from what I’m used to, but it wasn’t bad. Overall, I thought it was good, but again, I prefer my hometown seafood spots.
The quality of the food was worth the price. The food was good; I just have a personal preference for the sauce. I would eat here again. The customer service was excellent! The restaurant was clean. I plan to eat here again and see what other options to try. Again, good food.
Great atmosphere and the KINDEST staff! The food was excellent and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great seafood spot. This will be our go to spot from now on! Can’t wait to go back.

Andrea was incredible, she was assisting multiple parties all at once; seating, payments, phone calls, order pickups, questions, serving, and cleaning. Her professionalism and customer service was outstanding. The food was pricy, but worth it. 10/10 will return.

Great place, but 87 dollars for a crab boil. WHAT i had Paid for was not worth it i got 3 half crabs in the whole boil and not worth what i had paid for it . Very disappointed in this as it was very expensive for what I got . I do not recommend if you take out . Check your tray first before leaving
