one of my absolute favorite places to order a seafood boil from! the staff is so friendly everytime I come in they always ask about my life and how certain things are going. they make your visit a personal one!

Went there Wednesday when they opened. Food was greasy, they were out of a lot of the seafood. Oysters were raw and I got sick. Such as disappointment from the last 2 times we were there. Won't go back for a long time

Our first time there but the customer service was above average and the food was delicious. We got the crab boil for two and it was enough for three of us.

I was in Yakima for a conference and wanted shrimp taco’s. The Wacky Crab Shack was recommended so I ordered and it was GREAT! I ordered online, which was easy, picked up and it was ready as scheduled, it was prepared and served so well. The shrimps were large, full of flavor and nicely presented. It was an excellent meal and I’ll definitely come again.

Got here 30 minutes to closing time because Legends casino wasted our time by denying our whole group of 10 entry to their buffet bc one out of state elderly person forgot their id. Wacky Crab graciously took us in and provided us with great food, fun vibes and good customer service.

Don't like ordering at the counter. No menu posted to look at while waiting to get up to cashier. Lobby is WAY to small to do it this way.
Seat your guests. Take their order. Serve them.
We walked out without eating there. Won't go back if this is how ordering continues.

The location is convenient and it’s a cute little beach you vibe although a little small. We got the combo for 2 which had a seemingly good variety and we mixed the lemon pepper and Cajun sauce with a medium spice level. The sauce was actually really good but not spicy. The odd number of corn (3) doesn’t make sense for a combo for 2 but was cooked well. We got 2-3 legs of each crab a piece and they were ok in size, a little over cooked but decent amount of meat. The mussels were cooked well. Sausage was tasty. Potatoes were good I just don’t think 2 red potatoes is enough for the price. We added 2 eggs for $2 each and those were boiled perfectly. I thought adding rice was great for being able to make the most of the sauce. My biggest issues were that we were never checked on after the food was delivered to the table. I was not able to advise the waitress of the fact that all of the shrimp, which make up the largest part of this boil ( 1 pound, compared to 1/2 pound for the other proteins), we’re so overcooked that they were mushy and inedible. We each tried 1 and couldn’t even swallow it. We paid $80 dollars ($85 with tip) for this meal and left still hungry. When we went up to pay a different waitress cashed us out and asked how everything was and I asked her to let the BOH know that we couldn’t eat the shrimp and all she said was “oh ok, I’ll let them know”. I’m fully aware it was not her fault however, working in service, I hoped for the option of a remake, discount or even an apology.

Birria tacos with soggy fries(?), rice And salad with no dressing. Odd combination and the tacos were horrible. Wouldn't go again. Wanted the seafood boil but at $110, no thank you

I had high expectations for this place, due to many people saying the food was great. I ordered a build your own seafood platter and was not satisfied. The shrimp was very mushy. The lobster did not seem fresh and it was very stringy. I’ve been to a lot of seafood places because I absolutely love seafood boils. The seafood got cold very fast since it was put into a tray rather than a bag. Most places I’ve been to will put the seafood in the bag to keep the food hot. I would recommend that moving forward. Overall I was not satisfied with the seafood at all, very poor quality. Seemed like the seafood was definitely overcooked. Very unfortunate that I had to pay a lot of money for the food and not liking it whatsoever. I will say the people were very nice and service was good. Very good lemonade as well.
