Today I went in to get reimbursed for a hamburger that was missing last time I went there. The manager tried saying she couldn't do it because it wasn't the same day. I pulled a Karen and told her I couldn't move my vehicle then until I got reimbursed for their screw up especially after they told me they would. She threatened to called the cops but after a few cars stacked up in the drive thru they finally opened the window and practically threw my food into the truck. Night manager that I originally talked to was cool but the people running day crew was unhinged. Sorry to the people behind me but sometimes you have stand your ground! I love the food but only gave it 3 starts because you'd have to be a fool to eat the food after having an experience like that. JK I ate the food and I'll update this post if I get sick or have my partner do it for me if I die.

Fastest Wendy’s drive thru I’ve been to and very accurate despite a complex custom order.
The crew working tonight 6-16-25 around 10:15pm, thank you for your amazing service! We went through the drive thru and I needed a min and she was so patient and kind! Gave me my sauces I asked for. Our food, drinks and frosty were 10/1000 ! Their strawberry lemonade is fire 🔥

I've ate it Wendy's, many times and their bacon burger has been amazing, but for some reason it, and by the way, it was the classic cheeseburger, it had no Mayonnaise, no ketchup, no mustard, a 1/2 a Pizza tomato and maybe 2 slices up. Onion, it was so dry and I had just gotten out of the hospital.And been craving one of those because they'd been showing it TV commercial, I mean, like, really pumping it, the only good thing about it was the frosty. However, when I ordered a strawberry, I thought there'd be some strawberry in it. There was like, not even a taste at the bottom of it. Sorry, Wendy didn't step up this time. It doesn't believe

The food here is great. The reason for 3 stars is when I go through drive thu there is always sauce missing despite the fact I asked for a certain sauce, so it is frustrating, so I simply try to avoid the drive thu here or just ask for more sauce when I receive my bag. Some employees here are friendly, but there is a few that are slow and simply look like they do not want to be there. As an individual who works in retail and having to deal with customers and customer service, I believe some employees will benefit from customer service training.
