The pizza is decent, but nothing special.The thing that takes my review from a 3 or 4 down to a 2 is that their website gives an error code every time I try to order online for the past 6 months or so.I've tried multiple browsers and computers, so it's unlikely to be something on my end.I've contacted the email it says to contact when given the error code. I've contacted Westside directly. I tried talking to store manager but was instead put on hold with the most loud and obnoxious music ever.You would think that a company would want to have every avenue for customers giving them money available, but nothing has changed and no one has replied to me. They just don't seem to care.I hope this level of apathy doesn't also apply to their food-handling skills.

Not what you’d expect..In the past, we’ve had good food and a decent dining experience at this establishment. Yesterday was a complete disappointment. We ordered three personal pizzas and some wings. Maybe this is a different way to make pizza and I am no expert but what I can say is this was disgusting. The toppings were placed under a layer of cheese, making the bread soggy. When we approached the staff, they blew us off and stated that’s how they make pizza. I’ve been here before and this was NOT how they made it in the past. Normally I wouldn’t care and I’d go on about my day, but we spent $61 plus tip for subpar food and unacceptable service. I guess I’ll take my business to Domino’s or Pizza Hut.
