Oh boy where do I even begin! This place has become such a special tradition for me my family and my friends! I even proposed to my wife here. White house cafe is as friendly as they are easy as the atmosphere is cozy. It is all peak! Their food has the presentation of a very fancy restaurant, but unlike a fancy restaurant their portions are generous. I don't know how, but their food tastes better than it looks and it already looks amazing! I could go on for days and days, but if you haven't yet, and you find yourself reading this, do yourself a favor and go to white house cafe for breakfast! Anytime we have family or friends in town we always take them there once to show them how amazing it is. By their own request all of them always ask to go back any following visits.

Great sandwiches and soup. We had the pumpkin bread (seasonal) and it was delicious! If you're in the mood for a sandwich in a very cozy vibe this is your place. Apparently breakfast is also great.
Our waitress was super attentive and gave us recommendations.

Where to even begin? From the moment you lay your eyes on this beautiful home-turned-cafe, you immediately feel special. The decor, the landscape, the overall vibes transport you into another world. Every detail is perfectly thought of! From the cranberry frozen hearts in your ice water to the glittery mimosa to the box you take your treats home in and everything in between, you feel as though you were expected...that they thought 'how can we make our guests feel like we wanted them to be here?" I brought my daughter and her friend here for a special 'girls treat' and all I really needed to do to make them feel special, is bring them! Tamara and her staff did the rest! Everything was delicious, beautiful and simply perfect! We need to come more...and we will!
Had their Daily Special: Loaded Tuna Salad Sandwich on Croissant Bread with Fruity Green Salad and a Mimosa! Even their water was special with fancy fruit in ice cubes! Perfect lunch to catch up with a dear friend! Thank you!

I was on a quick work trip and looked up a place for breakfast. I came across The White House Cafe and thought I’d try it out. Let me just start by saying that the place itself is super cute! I really fell in love with everything about it. The food was very delicious. It was more of a home made style of breakfast. They also offer a special of day which on that particular day the cook had just came up with the Special that same day. I thought that was very unique.

Because if you're from Yakima, you probably already know and love this cafe. I recently worked with the White House Cafe on two events: an outdoor wedding and a baby shower. Both events were absolutely beautiful and perfect! I worked directly with Tamara and Ellie through the planning process—communication was easy, they were very professional, and all details were executed flawlessly. I highly recommend the White House Cafe for your next event!
