Food has gotten worse with new ownership and ethics are questionable. We believe we left a $12 tip but our bank account shows we left a $40 tip…
Subpar food for $$$ service was alright tho.

food is always amazing here! unfortunately my latest visit has made me view this establishment differently. my friends and i had a server and i saw her name was sheila as printed on the receipt. all was well up until the end of our visit when we learned that she was purposely giving us "bad" service. she must've been under the assumption that since we are young adults, we don't tip well. all four of us work in the restaurant industry and are also servers. we understand tipping culture deeply and never gave her reason to assume this. i myself left close to a 50% tip which i now regret after learning how poorly she spoke about my friends and i. on top of this, a worker by the name of robert also made my group uncomfortable by trying multiple times to set us up with one of the bussers who is our age. not once but three times he came up to us and continued to press into it. i'm not sure why he decided this was appropriate but it was most definitely not appreciated. after talking with said busser, due to him being friends with someone in our party, he was just as uncomfortable as us. the experience was awkward and my party is shocked after how we were treated tonight.

Restaurantji Recommends
Visiting family in Yakima with my wife we stopped in on a Thursday night. We were able to get into what looked like a fairly busy restaurant right away. We had parmesan panko crusted halibut with risotto and creme brulee for dessert. Everything was delicious, service was efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend this place!

Food was soooo good. I’d like to specifically note that the chicken breast was made to perfection. Very well seasoned and some of the juiciest chicken I have had in a while. The drinks were great and the service was top tier (: highly recommend going here! They take reservations (:

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with beautiful trees wrapped in white lights to usher you in. There is a beautiful bar area with plenty of high top tables if you prefer. It is a very lively place and the staff all appeared to be happy to work there. We elected to share a plate, and they were not only willing too, but also did a beautiful job with the presentation. We met the owner, and my side was hurting as a result of his funny yet appropriate humor. I highly recommend putting this on your must visit list!
Parking: The parking lot is typically very busy Thursday-Sundays. I recommend carpooling with friends and arrive early to find parking. I also recommend caution driving through the lot as it is very busy with adults and children.
Kid-friendliness: There were many families with young children present when we visited. I did not see a childrens' menu, but there were plenty of kids friendly options available on the main menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is located within a building that hosts a village of local shops and other restaurants. It does have a ramp to get into the building and Zesta Cucina is accessible. They do have upstairs seating, but they're is plenty of tables located on the main floor.
