I’ve been eating at Ichiban for years and I love their teriyaki chicken. I’ve always had a great experience and love their food. Their dining room could use an update, but as always, food is the most important factor.Parking: Free parking lot, may need to park around back as several businesses use the parking lot.
Love eating here! The only place I like to eat teriyaki in town! I can make 1 meal last 2 or 3 meals! Everything I've tried was cooked perfectly and tasted really good! I've had the teriyaki chicken, Mongolian beef, sweet and sour chicken, teriyaki chicken yakisoba, egg roles and a few other items! Love that they give you all the sauce you need!

I don’t really like having to stop pretty much anywhere in Yelm for food but I stopped for this particular teriyaki joint and was surprised to say it’s better than most teriyaki restaurants around the Puget Sound. Very friendly staff. I had to add an item to my order and they quickly got it done. The spicy teriyaki chicken was very flavorful. My eggroll was fried to perfection. The only take away for me is that they could have went a little heavier on the spice for me.
