It's been a long time, and it will be a long time again. It's just not that great for the astronomical price and level of service they offer. Nine pieces of chicken and one order of fries for $$23$$. I can get eight pieces and potato wedges at walmart or safeway for under fifteen dollars. But you all go on and enjoy life and I'll just take my business elsewhere.
Order was incorrect multiple times and food quality was significantly below standards for KFC overall. The restaurant was clean but it also was poorly heated and the dining area was uncomfortably cold. The manager did turn up the heat when requested to do so, so that was nice. This particular KFC has historically had less than ideal customer experience satisfaction from our family, but we keep hoping for positive improvements.Parking: Lots of parking as there are very few customers.

I don't live in Yelm. I only go here once a year to pick up some original fried chicken to take to a yearly meeting of old time friends. It's a tradition now going on many years. What impresses me is that every time I go the counter help is always extremely nice and friendly. Great customer service and let's me know what the best deal is for the amount of chickenI need.
