Pizza Hut offers delicious pizzas, but recent orders have been incorrect, leading to frustration. The pizza is pretty good; however, customer service has been a problem for many. The staff is polite and professional, providing a normal dining experience, but some customers report issues with order accuracy and overcharging. The Original Pan Pizza crust was undercooked, doughy instead of crispy, which disappointed some diners. There have been difficulties with calling for carryout, as the number provided isn't the store number, causing confusion. Despite these issues, many customers appreciate the friendly greetings from the staff and commend the owner for giving opportunities to those with special needs. While the service has been standard, some experiences have been more satisfactory than others, with many enjoying the fast service and delicious pizza overall.
