The pizza I ordered was the Original Pan Pizza crust but it was under cooked. The crust was doughy, not crispy. The staff was as I expect them to be, polite and professional. We did not receive any special attention so the experience was what I would call normal. No special effort was offered by the staff so no tip was given. They simply did their job and nothing more.
Tonight we ordered pizza for my daughter's birthday. We waited for 50 minutes for it. It said it was delivered. When calling, I was initially told to check with my neighbors. Needless to say, i was frustrated. After all, we had about $80 worth of pizza for a birthday party. Eventually I had the chance to speak with a manager and our order was remade and after a little over 2 hours we had our pizza delivered. The pizza was fine, but I am absolutely DISGUSTED with how this heavy set lady treated her fellow employee, an innocent young man with Down Syndrome. I was standing at the counter waiting for someone to help me, and the only employee to notice me was the man with special needs.
