I accidently grabbed the incorrect order. They were very nice and replaced both mine and the other customer's order. The other customer was also very kind. Great atmosphereDietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant
The parking is difficult but I have never had bad food and the only time my coffee order was incorrect they remade it immediately. The staff can get quite busy at times and forget to smile but they have never been unfriendly!Parking: Limited parking in front of the Starbucks but much more parking further out and you can walk over. Drive-thru is quick and I never had issues.

Went thru drive up window. I needed to reload my card and was having some issues. Associate was patient and kind as I went thru the process. As I left the window I realized I forgot to get my dog her puppacino. Went back thru the drive up again and ordered the puppacino. Again, the associate she gracious and kind and I was only in a little trouble with my canine companion for the obvious lapse in memory!
