Wanted a Big Mac without the "center"bun(too much bread) , easy right? 5 minutes of conversation until the worker understood it. Finally I said the "middle" bun. Next time I went, tried to get a double cheeseburge, plain, but with Big Mac sauce that was difficult.Ridiculous, you know, it is customer service that brings people back, but oh well, where else do you go, only one in town, arriving here with the "plastic"people. I know that the workers deal with rude people, but you can't fix stupid.
Their app is atrocious, but the manager and person on shift that I spoke with were incredible.

I got the McDonald's app that's the only reason I ever go to McDonald's anymore because their food makes me sick nowadays and it is not what it used to be not the same food not the same size nothing about McDonald's is worth anything anymore compared to what McDonald's has been I just I don't even believe it's real food

We had to wait 15+ minutes for our food. We tried to order inside in order to get our food quicker but they were over prioritizing the drive through. The whole experience was unpleasant and frustrating to have to wait that long

I prefer food without someone else's HAIR. Besides the nasty hair in the food, I specifically asked for a complimentary item and they didn't provide it. They agreed it would be in the bag, but it wasn't. I don't think it's my responsibility as the consumer to conduct a line-by-line inventory of all the items that should be included before driving away.
This isn't the first time I've had issues at this location: long wait times, forgotten items, etc.
