First off I like this place. However, the flavor is never consistent. The broth is definitely missing something. Almost every vietnamese restaurant serves their rice plates with sliced cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce and sometimes other veggies. Not here. Almost all the plates, in a strange way, tastes the same. I don't think their meets that should be grilled are grilled. I don't know if it's the cook, ingredients (due to inflation?), or what, but it definitely can be better. Don't get me wrong, it is good, not "I would strongly recommend". If they stepped up their game and maybe update the inside, it would be an awesome place to go.

Yesterday we went to have dimmer and gi e them another chance but they did it again Really bad service it is the second time wehave waited at a table to get a menu after 45 minutes of waiting for someone to take our we got up and left. It's not like they didn't see us the acknowledge us when we got there.

FREQUENT PHO EATER HERE. Lived in Seattle. Have been to all the great pho spots around the PNW. This place is in the same class. Absolutely top tier. The broth has outstanding flavor. Excellent meat portions. Noticed a lot of great option on the menu. Yummy peanut sauce with the spring rolls. The staff was super friendly and excellent with our kids. We will purposely make our way back just to stop here. Jealous it isn’t closer!

Lovely local restaurant. The green curry is AMAZING and the eggrolls are so fresh.
We ordered on Christmas eve, expecting and totally ok with a fairly long wait. They exceeded all expectations. All of our orders were perfect. Spice levels were spot on, and the portions are more than healthy. We can rarely finish them all. Thanks again, Pho Yelm, for always killing it!

The food is overall pretty good and reliable for a satisfying dinner. You won't be disappointed if you order just about anything on the menu. The pho is very plain, but it's always quite enjoyable and filling. This place is definitely a top contender for dinner choices if you're in the area, as long as you don't eat at it too often.
