FREQUENT PHO EATER HERE. Lived in Seattle. Have been to all the great pho spots around the PNW. This place is in the same class. Absolutely top tier. The broth has outstanding flavor. Excellent meat portions. Noticed a lot of great option on the menu. Yummy peanut sauce with the spring rolls. The staff was super friendly and excellent with our kids. We will purposely make our way back just to stop here. Jealous it isn’t closer!
We ordered on Christmas eve, expecting and totally ok with a fairly long wait. They exceeded all expectations. All of our orders were perfect. Spice levels were spot on, and the portions are more than healthy. We can rarely finish them all. Thanks again, Pho Yelm, for always killing it!

First off I like this place. However, the flavor is never consistent. The broth is definitely missing something. Almost every vietnamese restaurant serves their rice plates with sliced cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce and sometimes other veggies. Not here. Almost all the plates, in a strange way, tastes the same.
