Pizza Hut offers delicious pizzas, but recent orders have been incorrect, leading to frustration. Despite this, the staff is polite and professional, providing a normal dining experience. The Original Pan Pizza crust was undercooked, doughy instead of crispy. One customer was appalled by the mistreatment of a fellow employee with Down Syndrome, yet commended the owner for giving opportunities to those with special needs. While the service was standard and no extra effort was made, the overall experience was satisfactory.
